Our production lines operate on a scheduled rotation that balances natural and alkalized powder outputs, ensuring that both product types are consistently available. For customers with long-term contracts, we offer dedicated production scheduling that reserves capacity specifically for their orders, guaranteeing supply continuity regardless of market demand spikes.

Quality Control: Dedicated QC on Every Line

Consistency is not achieved by chance—it is enforced at every stage of production. Each of our processing lines is equipped with its own dedicated Quality Control station, staffed by trained QC technicians who monitor critical parameters in real time. This decentralized QC model means that any deviation in color (L*a*b* values), pH level, fat content, or particle size is identified and corrected immediately at the line level, before it can affect the broader batch. In addition to in-line QC, every finished batch undergoes a final laboratory analysis covering microbiological safety (Salmonella, E. coli, Yeast, Mold) and physical specifications. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for every shipment, giving customers full documented traceability of what they receive.

Inventory System: Climate-Controlled Storage

Finished powder is stored in our dedicated climate-controlled warehouse, maintained at room temperature with strict humidity monitoring to prevent mold growth and moisture absorption. Cocoa powder is hygroscopic by nature, so our storage protocol is non-negotiable: humidity levels are kept below 50%, pallets are elevated off the floor, and all bags are sealed with food-grade inner liners. We operate a strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management system, ensuring that no stock ages beyond its optimal window and that customers always receive product with maximum remaining shelf life.
